What am I ultimately trying to find when I am endlessly scrolling down the newsfeed on Facebook ?
This audio by 'Thich Nhat Hanh' is profoundly beautiful. Making the time to listen to something like this seems so hard when there is so many exciting and stimulating things to look at scrolling down the newsfeed of Facebook.
But I question, what am I trying to find on the deepest level when I am scrolling and searching endlessly ? I see more and more that what I am looking for can only ever be found in stopping, not in endless scrolling. I recommend taking the time to listen to this revealing and beautiful audio.
