It gives me perspective to realize that pretty much not one person that I see around me will be alive in 100 years. Yes that opening line is probably enough to make you stop reading any more ! With all the pleasure and pain, good times and bad, autumn will come, and gradullay, inevitably all the leaves in their own time will gently fall.
Reflecting on this I can see the profound and incredible beauty of the seasons, and in seeing this beauty there is freedom. When there is no resistance, I ramble on in the most simple and beautiful way, resistance is futile, and painful.
I can see that death is now, and not some future date, and in that, there is aliveness beauty and silence.
"Leaves are falling all around, It's time I was on my way.
Thanks to you, I'm much obliged for such a pleasant stay.

For now I smell the rain, and with it pain, and it's headed my way.
